ROCKINGHAM, Vt. (WFFF/AP) — Vermont State Police have arrested a Florida physician in reference to the deadly shooting of a truck driver in Rockingham greater than two years in the past. Jozsef Piri, 49, of Naples, Florida, faces a second-degree homicide cost in the shooting loss of life of Roberto Fonseca-Rivera, 44.
