10 WAYS TO STAY SAFE WHEN WILD SWIMMING

1. Never swim alone and hold a relentless watch on weak swimmers.

2. Cold water can lower swimming means, create chilly shock and trigger drowning by way of panic. Know your limits, enter slowly and keep near the shoreline.

3. Avoid sturdy currents, corresponding to these instantly below giant waterfalls or weirs.
