VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 11, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Only half of B.C.’s grade 10 students wrote mandatory literacy and numeracy assessments in 2019/20, with 60 per cent of these students writing not proficient in numeracy, finds a brand new research launched at this time by the Fraser Institute, an impartial, non-partisan Canadian public coverage think-tank.
