VINELAND, N.J. (AP) — State authorities are investigating an early morning police taking pictures that left a person lifeless at a New Jersey cell house park over the weekend.

The New Jersey legal professional common’s workplace stated the taking pictures occurred at about 5:30 a.m. Saturday at the Penn Lincoln Mobile Home Park in Vineland.
