Santa comes to town, Horseheads Fire Department holds 2nd annual Santa Sighting parade

HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY)- Santa Claus got here to city!  He was noticed within the village of Horseheads.  The Horseheads Fire Department kicked off their 2nd annual Santa Sighting parade on Sunday.
